A tasty filling lunch or brunch that packs more protein than your regular takeaway baguette. Enjoy!

How to make this in 3 easy steps:
(for 2 servings)
Step 1 – Hydrate the mince
First hydrate the mince by adding it to boiling water (use double the amount of water than there is mince), then instantly reduce the heat to low and then let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2 – Pan fry
Saute the onions and garlic for about 3 minutes before adding in all the mince ingredients. Pan fry for about 15 minutes or until the mince is tender and stir regularly.
Step 3 – Prepare the baguette
Place your baguette in a baking tray or airfryer for a few minutes (or follow baguette packaging instructions), then slice through the middle to open slightly and add in your mince mix inside the baguette.
Enjoy these fresh or keep some in the fridge for up to 2 days.
