Doubles in size when cooked, so you can make a big batch and store any spare in the fridge for up to 3 days. Meal prep sorted!

 

The 250g bag gives you up to 6 portions and the 500g gives you 12 portions.
 

NOTE: The mince needs to hydrated first by soaking it in water just for a few minutes, before cooking it. Refer to cooking instructions below.

Quantity

Please note instructions BEFORE cooking:

1. Add your pea protein mince to boiling water (use double the amount of water than there is mince), then instantly reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Drain the water and then cook these in your sauce or seasoning, anywhere between 5-15 minutes so they can take in all the flavour.
