  • Highly absorbent, it will take in all the flavour from seasoning and sauces.
     
  • Great with rice, pasta, in a wrap and so tasty in a stir-fry. It’s a crowd pleaser!
     
  • Packs 24g of protein per portion (similar/higher than a chicken breast).

 

NOTE: The chunks need to hydrated first by soaking them in water for a few minutes, before cooking them. Refer to cooking instructions below.

Quantity

Please note instructions BEFORE cooking:

1. Cover in cold water and soak for 10 minutes to hydrate the chunks before cooking. Use a ratio of 2 portions of water to 1 portion of chunks.

2. Then cook for 5-8 mins!
